The Landolt-Börnstein subvolume III/44D is the fourth part of an update to the existing eight volumes III/41 about Semiconductors and contains New Data and Updates for III-V, II-VI and I-VII compounds. Each compound is described with respect to its properties, the corresponding references are provided.
Established and reliable, yet recent data are given. Renowned scientists have selected, evaluated and compiled the complex information found in literature and journals discharging the user from the burden to browse the primary literature himself. The often conflicting literature and contradictory information has been evaluated and assessed. The data are presented in a clear standard format.
