God’s Big Story for Kids is a Sunday School Bible study journey from Genesis to Revelation for ages six to thirteen that helps children see the Bible as one connected Kingdom story, where God is the eternal King, the wise Creator, the faithful Covenant Maker, and the mighty Rescuer who brings his people from darkness into light and leads them all the way to a new creation. The book is organized in one hundred lessons that move step by step through the big moments of Scripture, showing how the King creates the world with purpose, calls a people, teaches holiness and wisdom, raises leaders and prophets, keeps hope alive through promises, and then comes in Jesus to reveal the Kingdom in a living and visible way, defeating temptation, healing the broken, seeking the lost, and finally winning at the cross and rising in victory. Each lesson follows the same clear teaching rhythm so children feel safe and confident while they learn, because every lesson includes the Bible text, a child friendly story, a Kingdom truth in one sentence, an explanation of what the King shows and what the Kingdom means, what we learn about the King, what we learn about people, how to live today as citizens of the Kingdom, a memory verse or phrase, age based questions, a simple activity, a prayer, and declarations that help children speak faith with courage and gratitude. This resource equips parents and teachers to build strong biblical understanding over time, not only by telling favorite stories, but by helping children understand why God acts, how the Gospel fits the whole Bible, and how worship becomes a life of obedience, love, truth, humility, and hope, so children grow into joyful Kingdom citizens who trust the King, follow Jesus, and live with confidence that the King will make all things new.
