Geography Interactive: Learning and Teaching (GILT) comprises a suite of innovative geographical courseware modules for use on the PC. These modules facilitate efficient and effective teaching and learning environments for core topics, concepts and techniques in introductory undergraduate geography courses. The materials have been specified, designed and developed by a consortium of 72 UK higher education institutions. They form a library of high quality transportable resources that use data visualisation, dynamic representation and regular assessment exercises to enhance teaching and learning in geography and analogous disciplines. Each module covers a wide variety of foundation issues and topics in human geography, physical geography and geographical techniques.
GILT covers all fields of Geography. It is the first interactive learning program for undergraduate students all over the world.
