Angel Falls is fed by the Churun River, and the falls cascade down the Auyán Tepui, a flat-topped mountain. In 1994, the Canaima National Park was named a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Getting to Angel Falls can be quite an adventure. Most visitors access it by a combination of small aircraft, a 5 hour boat trip, and hikes. It’s a bucket-list destination for many nature lovers and adventurers!
