Beschreibung

Whether actually built or only existing as a model – spaces that are portrayed in photographs and films, are not only depicted therein, but recreated under the conditions of each medium. They are spatial constructions. How are photographs of models used to design architectural spaces? What role do assembly technologies play in the photography for modeling these spaces? The anthology presents photographs of architectural models, photomontages and representations of interiors. Hence, the volume is addressed to both architects and designers as well as to photography and art historians.
