Die Arbeit untersucht eines der aktuell spannendsten Phänomene der Sportwelt aus kartellrechtlicher Perspektive: das verbandliche Verbot sportlicher Konkurrenzwettbewerbe. Auf Grundlage der Rechtsprechung des EuGH zur Zulässigkeit der von der UEFA gegen die Gründung der Super League ergriffenen Maßnahmen wird ein Regelungsmodell entworfen, das den kartellrechtlichen Anforderungen gerecht wird, und dessen praktische Umsetzbarkeit dargelegt.
