Beschreibung

Morphologisch geht es um das Schicksal der öffentlichen, freigemeinnützigen und genossenschaftlichen Gemeinwirtschaft im Gefüge zwischen dem Gewährleistungsstaat, der kapitalistisch geprägten Privatwirtschaft und den informellen Kräften im Sozialraum. Im Fokus steht dabei die Zukunft der Gemeinwirtschaft im Kontext des trägerpluralistischen Marktwettbewerbs des europäisierten Wirtschaftsorganisationsrechts. Ein transformatives Recht muss im Dienste einer Metamorphose der weiteren Entelechie der Entfaltung der Gemeinwirtschaft dienen.

What will be the future of this configuration? Is it possible that a new transformative law will be able to promote (as a radical empowerment) the metamorphosis to a dynamic entelechy of social welfare economy?
