Beschreibung

Die Arbeit befasst sich im Wesentlichen mit den Strukturprinzipien der türkischen Verfassung von 1982, spezifisch mit dem Laizitäts- und dem Nationalitätsprinzip. Darüber hinaus liefert sie auch eine analytische Folie zum Begriff des Prinzips, die auf die Prinzipientheorie von Robert Alexy zurückgeht. In Annäherung an die Prinzipienkonstruktion von Alexy wird versucht, die Frage zu beantworten, ob der Prinzipienbegriff Alexys für die Strukturprinzipien der türkischen Verfassung eine adäquate rechtstheoretische Grundlage bietet.
