Das ausgewertete Material – darunter die Rechtsprechung internationaler Dienstgerichte und Dokumente zum UN-Peacekeeping – belegt die zunehmende Bedeutung dieser Rechtsbeziehung und der resultierenden Rechenschaftspflicht.
