The 6th edition of DIN Handbook 403/1 comprises the most important currently valid standards dealing with seamless and welded steel pipes for pressure applications. It focuses mainly on technical delivery conditions (DIN EN 10216 and DIN EN 10217 series). Six standards have been revised for this edition and two standards are new to the compilation (DIN EN 10357 Austenitic, austenitic-ferritic and ferritic longitudinally welded stainless steel tubes for the food and chemical industry, DIN EN ISO 3183, Petroleum and natural gas industries - Steel pipe for pipeline transportation systems).
