Eric Markhoff ist Arzt und Infektionsepidemiologe mit 20 Jahren Berufserfahrung in der Infektionsepidemiologie und weiterbildenden Studienabschlüssen in Epidemiologie und in Medizinischer Statistik. Derzeit ist er arbeitslos, da er feststellen musste, dass fachlich fundierte Kritik an „niemals in Frage zu stellenden“ COVID-19-Maßnahmen in der Neuen Normalität unerwünscht ist. Die gewonnene Zeit hat er genutzt um Michael Endes „Momo“ zu lesen und „Evolution, Eugenik und Transhumanismus“ zu schreiben.
