The Power of Distributed Perspectives

The distribution of perspectives has creative potentials. Exemplary cases are teamwork as well as the competition and contention of positions. The present volume focuses on three questions: How do persons and institutions coordinate their perspectives in perceiving, communicating, thinking, and acting? How can interprofessional and transdisciplinary cooperation be supported? How can conflicts and their dynamics be reflected and controlled?
