MPER XXXIV, 1 is the first comprehensive catalogue of 238 Late Antique textiles housed in the Papyrus Collection of the Austrian National Library. Many of these exceptionally well-preserved textiles are published for the first time, including in-depth studies of weaving techniques and iconography. 30 textiles were further analysed with modern scientific methods and discussed in MPER XXXIV, 2.
