Given that I do not presume to create a artistic current, nor of wanting to make a treaty or a manifesto, GASH ART that is ARTE DELLO SQUARCIO is an idea, it is one artistic vision that was born in early January 2016. It is the result of a long artistic research for over 40 years that goes from impressionism to informal abstract. As a painter and sculptor I was looking for a new artistic idea that could unite both. GASH ART is the final delivery of this research. It‘s what I‘ve been looking for a long time, the three-dimensionality of the sculpture in the painting.
