The architectural couple with contrasting roots, Graeme Mann from Scotalnd, and Patricia Capua Mann from Italy, founded their office in Lausanne in 1990. Since then they have produced a remarkable oeuvre. All buildings are developed with consideration and care: for instance, the large multipurpose and sports hall in Villaz-St-Pierre, which is anchored into the topography, or the powerful volume for a secondary school in Gland.
Das Architektenpaar mit unterschiedlicher Herkunft – Graeme Mann stammt aus Schottland, Patricia Capua Mann aus Italien – gründete 1990 in Lausanne sein eigenes Büro. Seither ist ein beachtliches Werk entstanden. Alle Bauten sind mit Bedacht und Sorgfalt entwickelt, etwa die in die Topografie verankerte grosse Mehrzweck- und Sporthalle in Villaz-St-Pierre oder das kraftvolle Volumen für ein Oberstufenschulhaus in Gland.
