Beschreibung

This book explores how organisations can thrive amid new ways of working, sustainability pressures, evolving employee expectations, and the growing need for continuous learning. Placing people at the heart of transformation, it examines positive, sustainable, hybrid, and learning-oriented organisations and shows how new roles, competencies, and ways of working are reshaping workplaces and value creation.By combining contemporary research with rich empirical case studies from public and private organisations, the book connects organisational transformation to practice. It illustrates how leaders, HR professionals, managers, and employees can become active agents of change by rethinking roles, developing new competencies, and experimenting with more human-centred ways of organising. The book offers an engaging and practical perspective on building organisations that are more positive, sustainable, adaptable, and prepared for the future of work.
