This book constitutes the proceedings of the First International Conference on Software and Systems Reuse, Product Lines, and Configuration, VARIABILITY 2026, which took place in Limassol, Cyprus, during Sepotember/October 2026. 

The 20 full papers along with 6 short papers, were accepted from 115 submisisons. These were divided into Research tracks which had 18 papers and Industry tracks which had 2 papers, besides the 6 short papers.
