Anthony Collins, EdD, MFA, is an educator, filmmaker, and writer with over 30 years of experience in film production, media education, and international teaching. He has taught documentary and new media at institutions in the U.S., the Philippines, India, Pakistan, and the UAE, and was a Fulbright Scholar in both India and the Philippines. His recent books include Windows to the Sea: Writings on Presence, Caregiving, and the Quiet Strength of Staying. His research explores creative practice, evaluation, and presence in interdisciplinary academic contexts.
