Anil Yasin Ar is Assistant Professor of International Business and Logistics at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico. His research focuses on corporate governance, sustainability, digital transformation, institutional legitimacy, and SME internationalization. His work examines how digital technologies, ESG initiatives, and governance mechanisms shape competitiveness, stakeholder relationships, and sustainable value creation in multinational enterprises. He serves on the Editorial Board of Discover Sustainability and has served as Guest Editor for collections on strategic management and sustainability. He had more than 30 publications in scholarly outlets, including the Journal of Public Affairs and Sustainable Futures.
