This edited book presents selected, high-quality research papers accepted and presented in the 7th International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Applied Mathematics in Engineering (ICAIAME 2025), held on 31 October – 1-2 November 2025 at the Innvista Hotel Belek, Antalya, Türkiye. Objective of the book is to show how advanced and generative Artificial Intelligence solutions, together with the mathematical foundations supporting them, transform the way engineering problems are modelled, designed, analyzed and solved today. Along this direction, the chapters bring together deep learning and generative architectures, large language models, optimization and applied mathematical modelling, computer vision, signal and data analysis, as well as explainability, trustworthiness and security aspects, over application fields including healthcare, industry, energy, transportation, robotics, agriculture, civil engineering and education. The book allows researchers and practitioners from both academia as well as industry to exchange, share their ideas and follow the latest developments in a field that changes rapidly. As the proceedings of ICAIAME 2025, the book eventually plays a remarkable, active role in documenting the current transformation of engineering disciplines and pointing to the further opportunities arising for the near future.
