Beschreibung

This volume examines how integrity in leadership is formed and sustained through the interrelated virtues of transparency, trust, and truth. Drawing on an extensive, multi‑year qualitative research program grounded in biblical texts and organizational scholarship, the contributors explore how these virtues shape leader behavior, organizational culture, and employee well‑being.

Integrating perspectives from leadership studies, organizational behavior, ethics, and theology, the chapters combine empirical research, conceptual analysis, and carefully contextualized biblical narratives to address contemporary challenges such as uncertainty, ethical failure, anxiety, virtual work, and moral leadership. The book advances a virtue‑centered framework that moves beyond isolated discussions of individual values by examining how transparency, trust, and truth function together as a coherent leadership triad.

Written by an interdisciplinary group of scholars and practitioners, this work offers rigorous analysis alongside practical insight, making it a valuable resource for researchers and students interested in values‑driven leadership and a robust scholarly treatment of leadership grounded in a Christian worldview.
