This book sheds light on the past and future climate change and its impact on water resources in the driest region in the world. In its introductory chapters, it tackles a comprehensive coverage of data analysis for the entire Middle East Region, and then it reveals multiple cases from various Middle East countries with different hydroclimatic issues. The authors of the book utilized most advanced technologies in data retrieve and analysis, which gives novelty to their work with new findings and numeric values that haven’t been illustrated before. Furthermore, the chapters concluded feasible solutions to confront the impact of the changing climate with a special emphasis to water scarcity and risks resulted from extreme weather; especially the region is characterized by high vulnerability and exposure to such risks.
