Marcus Goncalves is Associate Professor of the Practice of Administrative Sciences at Metropolitan College, Boston University.

Vladimir Zlatev is Associate Professor of Practice at Metropolitan College, Boston University, USA and an entrepreneur with extensive experience in industrial engineering and corporate management.
