This volume constitutes the refereed and revised post-conference proceedings of the 9th IFIP WG 5.15 International Conference on Information Technology in Disaster Risk Reduction, ITDRR 2024, held in Krems an der Donau, Austria, during October 14–16, 2024.

The 18 full papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 21 submissions.
