Preface of the Authors With the present brochure, the authors follow a common intention: Contribution of additional specialist and essential intellectual impulses in an unbiased and utmost objective way responding to the current social and scientific discussion concerning the selection of types of hunting rifle bullets. In addition, it shall be emphasized at this point that the individual articles have been written by the corresponding authors from their own motivation, independently and unselfishly. The authors thank the Landesjagdverband Nordrhein-Westfalen e. V. for taking the role of publisher (V. i. S. d. P. – responsible in the sense of the press law) representative for the community of authors. Thank is also given to RUAG Ammotec GmbH for bearing the costs for the common publications. Any questions concerning the individual reports shall be directly addressed to the authors.
