With the international development of various undertakings in China, colleges and universities have gradually become an important front in China’s scientific research, and the task of cultural research has gradually shifted to colleges and universities. After years of development, local colleges and universities in China have gradually been popularized and formed a high-level talent introduction system suitable for themselves. Local colleges and universities in China have not yet formed a complete system of appointment system for cultural innovation talents. The problems mainly lie in the applicability of multiple types of cultural innovation talents, the diversity of talent needs and the scientificity of talent flow. Accordingly, this book studies the appointment system of cultural innovation talents in local colleges and universities. This work is supported by the 2020 Jiangsu University Philosophy and Social Sciences Research Program “construction of quantitative evaluation model for the salary of high-level talents in colleges and universities driven by the country’s construction plan of world-class universities and first-class disciplines (Project No.: 2020SJA1977) and the publication fund of Yangzhou University in 2021.
