Guidebook to cycling the length of Britain from Land's End to John o' Groats, with descriptions and mapping for riding LEJOG from the tip of Cornwall to the north of Scotland, along with advice for reversing the route north–south (JOGLE). This 1000-mile (1600km) journey can be ridden in 2 weeks by cyclists with a reasonable level of fitness.

• With a recommended 14 daily stages of 60–92 miles (96–147km) in length, the route makes use of mostly minor roads and traffic-free paths and involves 14,400m of climbing
• Starting at Land’s End in Cornwall, the route heads north through Penzance, Crediton, Worcester, Garstang, Penrith and Moffat – with a detour option via Glasgow and central Scotland – to Pitlochry, Inverness and the finish at John o' Groats
• Contains clear route descriptions with 1:200,000 maps and elevation profiles
• Gives advice on tailoring your daily itinerary to suit your time, budget and the places you want to visit, ranging from a fast 10-day ride to a slower 18-day ride
• Includes facilities listings, local history, travel to and from the start and finish, and advice on preparing your kit, bike and self for the adventure
