Balaji Gaddam
Balaji Gaddam spent more than four years on the SAP SCM development team in Waldorf, Germany and was one of the key developers responsible for the design and development of the CTM solution. The author has worked closely with several customers during the requirements gathering phase and go live for CTM implementations and delivered several Deep Dive CTM Workshops at customer sites and internally in the SAP consulting community. Currently, as an SCM team lead, Mr. Gaddam works with SCM customers and provides end to end assessment and optimization services, and is involved in managing critical SAP SCM project implementations.
