This is a practical reference that teaches consultants and project teams how to implement the new SAP Transportation Management components of SAP SCM. It teachers users what SAP SCM TM is, what it can do, and how to implement and configure it into their systems.
While demonstrating how SAP TM can be implemented and used to set up and operate the transportation management functionality, this book describes the implementation, process design, and integration of the individual components and functions of SAP TM. In addition, the book describes current topics related to transportation management, such as the integration with SAP Event Management and the integration of eSOA between industries and logistics service providers. With clear and straightforward examples, this is a must-have reference for the most recent SAP TM release.
