This book describes the key business reasons and benefits of implementing business partner master data processes in SAP MDM. Users will learn the business drivers for MDM, as well as the value of integrating with the Dun & Bradstreet services. The authors take the readers through the complete process of planning for and understanding master data management, and how it can specifically affect their own processes. After reading this book, users will not only understand what MDM is and what it can do for their business, but they will also have the practical assessment skills necessary to integrate SAP MDM with their systems.
