Sajia Ferdous
Sajia Ferdous is a Lecturer in Organizational Behaviour at Queen's Management School, Queen's University Belfast, UK. She is a Human Resource Management expert who teaches strategic human resource management at the postgraduate level and human resource management at the undergraduate level. Previously, she also worked in the financial industry in various HR roles, including managerial capacities. She is an Associate Fellow of HEA and an associate member of CIPD.
