The course is comprised of a series of three lectures for graduate students and professionals in the areas of Astronomy, Astrophysics and Cosmology, covering different topics including detection methods of binary stars, galaxy formation from the perspective of stellar populations of the Milky Way, dark energy and cosmic acceleration.
