Cyclotrons and their Applications 2001

The papers included in this proceedings volume review the progress in the field since the last conference held three years ago, with special emphasis on new technological developments, theoretical computational work as well as an extensive section on applications. The biological applications, radioisotope production and radiotherapy are the more extensively presented. A new section on Fixed Field Alternating Gradients (FFAGs) accelerators is included. A special feature is a useful and comprehensive list of all operating cyclotrons and their parameters.
