Cytometry is the measurement of biological or medical cellular material, and "Image Cytometry" describes these measurements, and how they can be performed. It is an introductory level book for new users of these methods, and it contains numerous examples and clear explanations. It describes the equipment required (microscope, video camera, image software) and explains the different methods and techniques that can be used to obtain information from the samples being studied.
